1976 Southern Illinois University M.A.Teaching English as a Foreign Language I was born in Oak Park , Illinois and grew up in the Chicago area. Before coming to Japan I taught English in Ecuador and Saudi Arabia. I enjoy traveling and have traveled through the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and central and South America. I live in Gunma and like spending time outside.
